Principals

William E. Schneider
Bill Schneider, CDG co-owner, has practiced as a licensed consulting psychologist since 1974. He has consulted with organizations in energy, communications, consumer products and services, retail, finance, manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, computer technology and telecommunications, government, hotels, mining, and utilities.

He first introduced his innovative concepts of organizational culture in his book, The Reengineering Alternative: A Plan for Making Your Current Culture Work (New York: McGraw-Hill/Irwin. 1994). He began making the measured link between strategy, culture and leadership soon afterward. He has received national and international recognition for his work. He has also authored several book chapters and professional journal articles. His second book,  Unleash Your Peoples' Productivity: A Breakthrough Approach to Harness Your Peoples' Energy and Accelerate the Growth of Your Organization, is currently in process.

Bill received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Saint Louis University in 1974. He is certified in clinical psychology, consulting psychology and psychometrics. He is a member in good standing with the following organizations: American Psychological Association; Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology; Society for Consulting Psychology.

Kristine L. Schneider
Kristine Schneider, co-owner, has practiced as a licensed consultant since 1980. She has consulted with organizations in manufacturing, chemical, energy, healthcare, and consumer products and services.

Kristine created the Culturelink Coaching Process. She is published in several professional journals, and leads presentations all over the world. Kristine has been a leadership facilitator and coach for the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.

She received her MSW from Washington University in 1975. She is a member in good standing with the following organizations: National Association of Social Workers; American Society for Training and Development; Association for Psychological Type; Women's Vision Leadership Institute; and the Colorado Human Resource Association.


Vice President

John Quirk
John Quirk's career spans the corporate and consulting world, where he coaches executives and guides organization-wide improvement initiatives.

He has tailored and put-into-practice solutions for improving the talent, leadership or culture in: a recently merged 300-person sales force in financial services; a nuclear power operator; a mobile phone manufacturer growing its worldwide market share; a software technology firm in Brazil; and newly formed 1,600-person national sales organization aligning its strategy, culture and leadership practices.

Also he specializes in coaching CEOs together with their teams including: a 1,000 location Cineplex entertainment operation; a high net-worth investment management business; a Midwest insurance company; a chemical manufacturer; a world renowned architectural partnership; and a not-for-profit research firm studying national health care and education issues.

Drawing on a wide spectrum of human resource and business experience, John has designed senior management competency models, selection / succession strategies, culture changes, merger/acquisition/integration studies, and enterprise-wide talent upgrading initiatives.

His experience in the corporate world consists of functioning as: a General Manager with P&L responsibility for growing an executive coaching practice; a sales manager of a regional consulting firm; the corporate head of human resource for a rapidly growing, privately held, Dutch-family firm doubling its size; the worldwide head of human resources for Kentucky Fried Chicken's turnaround and return to profitability; and a key participant in a multi-year strategy switch from a high-end, low volume to a profitable commodity operation for a billion dollar manufacturing business.

John is certified in a wide range of talent, leadership behavior and culture survey tools and holds a master's degree in education. His most recent work improving the learning and practice of additional sales competencies involved using databases, data display visualization, and digital communication technology to foster excellence.


Strategic Partners

H. Rad Eanes
Rad Eanes has developed substantial expertise in human resources and organizational development through over twenty-five years of experience and education. He has worked within large organizations as the chief human resource officer (Harte Hanks Communications and Entergy) and outside of organizations as an expert consultant. In both roles, he has worked extensively with the dynamics of change management as well as executive development, coaching, teambuilding, succession planning, compensation and benefits strategies, recruitment, employee survey processes, human resource systems and Total Quality. Over the course of his career he has provided executive coaching for hundreds of individuals.

In addition to being directly responsible for or consulting in the above areas, he has provided selection and development assessments for key personnel in a large number of organizations. His consulting experiences have included a wide variety of industries such as communications, energy, utilities, insurance, manufacturing, high tech, pharmaceuticals, retail, and transportation. He has also worked with smaller entrepreneurial firms and non-profit organizations such as chambers of commerce and universities.

He has served as Regional Director (five state region) and Practice Leader for Coaching and Development Services at Spherion. He was General Manager of the Houston office and Vice President of Personnel Decisions International.

Dr. Eanes has been a faculty member, dean and administrator at St. Edward's University and has taught and guest lectured at several other universities. He has served on an Advisory Council at Tulane University and continues to serve on Advisory Councils at the University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Eanes received his Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed psychologist in the state of Texas. He serves or has served on a number of community, civic and church related organizations.

Kevin Purcell
Kevin has been an Organization and Leadership Development practitioner since 1981. He has worked primarily in the high tech industry and for the US Government during that time. Most recently, Kevin spent 10 years at Microsoft Corporation leading product strategy efforts in Windows and Consumer Division products. He did extensive work with CDG's methodology and Microsoft leaders, helping them get clear on how to align their strategy, culture, and leadership approaches.  He has used Barry Oshry's Merging Cultures workshop combined with CDG's model with more than 600 leaders in acquisition and reorganization scenarios, to great effect.

Kevin also co-authored a chapter in a book on "Search Conferences" by Robert Rehm, detailing his strategic planning efforts at Microsoft. Kevin received his M.A. in Human Systems Development for the University of Illinois-Springfield in 1980. In addition, Kevin is a professional actor and director, and was one of the founding members and board president of Seattle Public Theater.
